Elf

This project, completely transformed by Ricardo de la Torre, takes as its starting point a redistribution of the space that would make better use of the floor plan, improve circulation and generate more functional and luminous rooms. The reform incorporates new openings, a reorganisation of the communal areas and an optimisation of the private spaces, resulting in a balanced dwelling adapted to current needs.

The interior design is dominated by a contemporary, practical and coherent language, based on warm materials, bespoke joinery and a neutral colour palette that reinforces the feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated, incorporating quality finishes, integrated storage solutions and careful lighting that enhances daily comfort. Each room has been worked on individually, but maintaining an aesthetic continuity that defines the identity of the project.

It also integrates a complete technical intervention: updating installations, improving efficiency and detailed planning of lighting, both ambient and functional. To complete the project, Ricardo de la Torre selected furniture and decorative pieces that add character without overloading the spaces, maintaining a balance between design and practicality. The result is a renovated home with modern criteria, well resolved in its execution and defined by the attention to detail that characterises his work.
