HOUSING

Claudio Coello (Bass)

The house stands out for its layout designed to maximise functionality and the relationship between spaces. From the entrance, the project proposes a clear and orderly reading of the house, where natural light and the geometry of the space become essential elements. The common areas are articulated with spaciousness and fluidity, allowing a comfortable coexistence between kitchen, dining room and living room.

The interior combines contemporary finishes with design choices that add character, such as checkerboard flooring, chromatic contrasts and materials that reinforce the identity of the project. The kitchen incorporates practical solutions and bespoke elements, while the furniture selected in the living and dining room provides a balance between aesthetics and everyday use. Each room maintains a visual coherence based on clean lines, well-defined volumes and carefully planned lighting.

The private spaces and bathrooms continue with this logic of refined and functional design. The bedrooms are resolved with colours and textures that bring serenity, while the bathrooms integrate modern finishes and storage solutions that optimise their use. As a whole, the house offers a solid, balanced design, designed to last, where each decision responds to criteria of comfort, spatial clarity and quality in the details.
